By accessing our website and booking a stay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings must be made through our website. Payments are accepted via Stripe or bank transfer only. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No changes to the booking are allowed after payment is completed. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
No parties or events are allowed at any of our villas. Pets are welcome, but please inform us in advance. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Guests must maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities or activities that disturb the neighborhood will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Housekeeping is provided only upon checkout and is included in the booking fee. Guests are expected to report any maintenance issues immediately. The Owner reserves the right to enter the property for necessary repairs or maintenance during the stay.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly. Amaze Manors is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. The Owner’s liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by Californian law, except for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are also non-refundable. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
The property is to be used for residential purposes only. Commercial activities are strictly prohibited. Any violations of local laws or these Terms may result in termination of the stay without refund. The maximum occupancy for each villa is strictly enforced. Additional guests may incur extra charges or result in eviction.
Wi-Fi is provided at most properties except the Sasan Gir Villa. Users must not engage in illegal activities using the provided internet connection. The Owner is not responsible for any interruptions in service.
Amaze Manors may provide access to external third-party resources (e.g., local attractions, maps). The Owner is not responsible for the content or availability of these resources.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
