Fees can depend on the property, booking and services requested. Any security deposit to secure dates is part of rental fee or applicable cleaning fees will also be part of rental fee, breakdown of charges should be reviewed in your reservation details before payment. Property-specific extras may also carry separate charges if opted.

For direct bookings, date-change requests may be reviewed based on availability. Requests made within 1 day of booking confirmation or more than 30 days before check-in may be considered and approved at our discretion, subject to availability. Date changes are not available within 30 days of check-in once full payment has been completed. Guest-count changes may be requested before the stay, up to the property’s standard occupancy, at no additional charge. Please carefully review your dates, guest count, and reservation details before completing your payment.

Payment is requested after the reservation dates have been reviewed and approved. Amaze Manors sends payment instructions followed by booking confirmation. Available direct-payment methods currently include Stripe, PayPal, Zelle and bank transfer.

Direct bookings cancelled at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are also non-refundable under the current cancellation policy.
