Booking & Reservations

You can book directly through our website at amazemanors.com or by calling +1 (858) 832-0012. Our properties are also listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Once you submit a reservation request for your dates here on website, our team reviews it and sends a confirmation email with payment instructions.

No. Once your booking dates are approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Do not send any payment until you receive this confirmation from our team.

No. We cannot hold dates without a confirmed and paid reservation. Las Vegas and Winchester dates fill up quickly, so we recommend sending in a booking inquiry as soon as your travel dates are set.

We accept payments through Zelle or PayPal payment system, Stripe, and direct bank transfers. For platform bookings made on respective platforms, payments will need to be made on there. For direct payments to Amaze Manors, full details will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Guest count changes can be requested for direct inquiries. For platforms, request on platform chat before your stay. Once full payment is completed in direct bookings, date changes are not available. Please review all details carefully before finalizing.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are also non-refundable. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 14 days.

Yes. Stays of 7 days or longer qualify for extended stay rates. Contact us directly at [email protected] or call +1 (858) 832-0012 for availability and rates.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. These times apply to both the Las Vegas and Winchester properties.

All Amaze Manors homes use smart lock entry. You will receive your access code via message on the day of your arrival. No in-person meeting is required — just arrive at your scheduled time and let yourself in.

Early check-in is available on request, subject to the previous guest’s checkout and cleaning schedule. Fees apply based on how early you need access. Contact us after booking to arrange this.

Late check-out is available subject to the next booking. Requests should be made well in advance of your arrival. Fees are based on the number of additional hours.

Yes. If your flight arrives early, you can drop your luggage at the property before check-in time. The home may still be in cleaning and preparation, but your bags will be secure. We will message you as soon as the home is fully ready.

Collect your belongings, run the dishwasher, place trash in the bins, and lock the front door when you leave. The smart lock auto-locks. We send a check-out reminder the night before with a full checklist.

Property & Amenities

Every Amaze Manors stay includes fresh linens and towels, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities, access to the private pool, free on-site parking, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee to get you started, and outdoor dining setup.

Yes. Both the Las Vegas home and the Winchester homes have a private pool for your group only. The Las Vegas properties also has heated spas — pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional daily charge.

Yes. All properties have full central air conditioning. The Las Vegas home also has a separate dedicated A/C unit in the game room.

Yes. All homes have a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use at no additional charge.

Yes. All properties have a propane BBQ grill ready for use. Propane tank is available for use, incase it runs out or is low, you can purchase one from the near supermarket and we can reimburse you on provision of receipt.

Yes. Most homes have a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. All properties are suitable for guests working remotely during their stay.

You will receive a digital house manual with your arrival information. It covers Wi-Fi credentials, appliance instructions, local recommendations, and property-specific details.

Pets & Guests

Yes. Most Amaze Manors properties welcome pets. A pet fee applies per stay. Please let us know the number, breed, and size of your pets when you book so we can prepare the home. Pets must be supervised indoors and kept off furniture. And all pet waste is to be taken care by guests, pet waste cleaning is not standard cleaning.

The Las Vegas home accommodates up to 8 guests (3 bedrooms, 4 beds). The Winchester home accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably across 6 bedrooms. And the Torrey Pines Vegas property can accommodate up to 14 guests across 4 bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Yes, with advance notice. Day visitors are welcome but cannot exceed the maximum on-property occupancy. All overnight guests must be declared and registered at the time of booking confirmation.

Yes. Guest count changes can be made through the booking platform. Additional guests beyond the base count are charged a per-person fee. Always notify us of any changes before your stay.

House Rules & Policies

No. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted at any Amaze Manors property. This rule is strictly enforced to protect the home, the neighborhood, and all guests. Family gatherings, birthday dinners, and corporate retreats within the guest limit are welcome.

No. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the home and throughout the property grounds. This includes outdoor areas and the pool area.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our properties are in residential neighborhoods, and all guests are expected to keep noise at a respectful level during these hours. Noise monitoring is active at all properties.

Yes. Exterior security cameras are installed at all properties for safety purposes. Cameras cover outdoor common areas and entry points only — there are no cameras inside any home. Tampering with security devices is prohibited.

Some stays may include a refundable security deposit to cover incidental charges or potential damages. This is stated in your booking confirmation. The deposit is fully refunded after a post-checkout inspection confirms the property is in order.

Checkout cleaning is included in your booking fee. Mid-stay housekeeping is available at an additional charge for stays of 3 nights or longer. Let us know if you would like to add this service.

Location & Surroundings

Amaze Manors currently has three properties. Vegas Vista is in the Spring Valley neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The Vegas Luxury Retreat is also minutes away from the strip in also in the Spring valley area in the west side of Las Vegas. Windridge Manor is in Winchester, California, near Temecula Wine Country in Riverside County.

The Las Vegas property is approximately a 10 to 20 minutes drive from the Las Vegas Strip. It is also close to Fremont Street, Red Rock Canyon, and other major Las Vegas attractions.

Windridge Manor is near Temecula Wine Country with over 40 wineries within a short drive. The area also offers golf courses, hiking trails, farmers’ markets, and the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve.
Yes. All properties offer free on-site parking. Vegas Vista has 2 driveway spots and 1 additional street spot. The Vegas Luxury Retreat accommodates 6 vehicles in the circle driveway. And Windridge Manor has 2 driveway spots plus 1 street parking. Please let us know how many vehicles you are bringing.
