If your flight lands before the 4:00 PM check-in, you can drop your bags at the property. The home may still be in preparation, but your luggage will be secure. We will message you the moment the home is fully ready.
Stays of 28 days or longer are available with extended stay rates. The Vegas Luxury Retreat estate is built for groups relocating, working remotely, or spending extended time in Las Vegas. Contact us for monthly availability.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. You will receive your unique smart lock access code 24 hours before arrival. No in-person meeting is required. Arrive, enter your code, and the home is yours.
Each guest receives a time-sensitive smart lock code active only for the duration of their stay. No physical keys. The lock auto-secures when you leave.
Checkout cleaning is included with every booking. Mid-stay housekeeping is available at an additional charge for stays of 3 nights or longer. Let us know and we will schedule our cleaning team.

The half-acre grounds include a large private pool, heated spa, luxe cabanas with lounge seating, multiple firepits, an outdoor kitchen with dining for 16, a sports area, a fireside lounge, sun loungers, and string-lit patio seating.
The casita is a private standalone guest suite on the property grounds. It gives part of your group their own separate bedroom, bathroom, and entrance — while staying within the same estate.
Less than 2 miles. A 5-minute drive or a short rideshare. The property is also minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The spa is heated as standard for any number of nights. Pool heating is not available for 2 nights as the pool is too large but can be arranged for 3 or more nights. Our team can provide the additional daily charges info for the same. Let us know when you book so it is ready before you arrive.
No. Parties and large events are not permitted. The home is in a private residential neighborhood with active noise monitoring. Family gatherings, birthday dinners, corporate retreats, and group stays within the 12-guest limit are welcome.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM via smart lock. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
